Description
Our top soils are taken from our own property or from virgin forested land where no industry use or contamination could be present. We do not take soils from lot clearing or anywhere there has been activity on that property. This assures our customers that they’re getting a pure product. We screen our top soil through a 1/2 inch square mesh screen. Most top soil in this region of Vancouver Island are clay based by themselves. Additional blending and adding some sand or compost can be done as well.
Straight top soil can be used for base filling garden beds to then use a blended mix for topping the garden bed or for any of your planting needs.
